Delivery

1. General information

Online shop EMPIRELAB delivers the highest quality peptides in Poland via selected logistics services: InPost Paczkomaty, Orlen Paczkomaty and InPost Kurier. All orders are fulfilled by cashless payment only - we do not offer cash on delivery.

2 Delivery options and costs

We offer the following delivery methods:

  • InPost Parcel Machines:
    • Cost: £12 gross (for orders under £100).
    • Free delivery: for orders over PLN 100 gross.
    • Lead time: 1-2 working days from booking of payment and dispatch.
  • Orlen Parcel Machines:
    • Cost: £10 gross (for orders under £100).
    • Free delivery: for orders over PLN 100 gross.
    • Lead time: 1-3 working days from booking of payment and dispatch.
  • InPost Courier:
    • Cost: £15 gross (for orders under £100).
    • Free delivery: for orders over PLN 100 gross.
    • Lead time: 1-2 working days from booking of payment and dispatch.

Delivery costs are subject to change depending on current carrier rates. The final price is displayed in basket before you place your order.

3. lead time

  • Orders are forwarded for processing once payment has been posted through the Stripe gateway.
  • With immediate payments (e.g. BLIK, payment card), posting takes place on the same working day if the payment is confirmed by 2 p.m. Otherwise, posting takes place on the following working day.
  • The standard time for preparation of the consignment is 24 hours from the time of booking the payment (on working days).
  • Total delivery time = preparation time (1 working day) + transport time (1-3 working days, depending on the method).

4 Payment terms

  • Acceptable payment methods (via Stripe gateway):
    • Payment cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
    • Fast bank transfers: Online transfers from Polish banks (e.g. mBank, PKO BP, Santander) via Stripe.
    • BLIK: A popular mobile payment method in Poland.
    • Google Pay i Apple Pay: Card-linked mobile payments.
    • Payment links: Possibility to pay via a link sent by e-mail or SMS (Stripe Payment Links).
  • No cash payment: We do not offer cash on delivery or personal collection with cash payment. All transactions are non-cash and made in advance, before shipment.
  • Payment is handled by the secure Stripe gateway, ensuring data protection and fast transaction processing.

5 Delivery area

  • We only deliver orders within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  • Overseas orders are not currently supported. If you are interested in overseas delivery, please contact us at info@empirelab.pl .

6. Packaging and transport rules

  • Peptides are packaged in a way that ensures their safety.
  • Shipments are protected against damage and marked in accordance with carrier requirements.
  • Each order is accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or electronic invoice on request).

7 Tracking the shipment

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the status of your order:
    • InPost Paczkomaty and Kurier: via the InPost app or the inpost.pl website.
    • Orlen Paczkomaty: via the Orlen Paczka app or the orlenpaczka.pl website.

8 Receipt of shipment

  • InPost Parcel Machines: Collection within 48 hours of the parcel being placed in the parcel machine (can be extended on the InPost app).
  • Orlen Parcel Machines: Collection within 3 working days of receiving the SMS with the collection code (can be extended on the Orlen Parcel app).
  • InPost Courier: Delivery to the indicated address between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.; in the event of absence, the parcel is delivered to a nearby Parcel Machine or collection point.
  • Check the condition of the packaging upon receipt. In case of damage, please contact us within 24 hours.

9 Returns and complaints

  • You have 14 days to return the goods without stating a reason (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act) if the product is intact and in its original packaging.
  • Claims for damage in transit should be made within 24 hours of receipt at info@empirelab.pl , attaching photographs and a description of the problem.
  • The cost of return is to be borne by the customer, unless this is due to an error by the shop.

10. additional comments

  • Peptides may need to be stored under certain conditions - we recommend receiving them promptly and following the instructions on the packaging.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure (e.g. weather conditions).
  • In the event of non-collection of the parcel and its return to the sender, the cost of the return and any re-dispatch shall be borne by the buyer.
